How do I submit a bug report?
If you encounter a plugin issue, be sure to do the following:
- Ensure you're on the latest version of the plugin. We do not support outdated plugin versions, so either you're on the latest or you're not.
- Check to see if the bug is reproducible. You should be able to trigger the error multiple times under the same conditions.
- Verify whether the bug is occuring only within your application. If you're unable to reproduce this bug in another application (such as a test application), this is likely not a bug with the plugin.
If you meet all of the conditions above and are still experiencing issues, you can file a bug report.
When describing a plugin bug, you must include:
- Screenshots
- Relevant Workflows (in your Workflows tab)
- Console Logs (in your browser's Console tab)
- Server Logs (in your Logs tab)
If you do not meet all of the conditions above, we will not be able to label the issue as a plugin bug.
