How do I submit a bug report?

Our initial response time is 12 hours on average. We reserve the right to dismiss incomplete or inaccurate reports without notice.

If you encounter a plugin issue, be sure to do the following:

  1. Ensure you're on the latest version of the plugin. We do not support outdated plugin versions, so either you're on the latest or you're not.
  2. Check to see if the bug is reproducible. You should be able to trigger the error multiple times under the same conditions.
  3. Verify whether the bug is occuring only within your application. If you're unable to reproduce this bug in another application (such as a test application), this is likely not a bug with the plugin.

If you meet all of the conditions above and are still experiencing issues, you can file a bug report.

When describing a plugin bug, you must include:

  • Screenshots
  • Relevant Workflows (in your Workflows tab)
  • Console Logs (in your browser's Console tab)
  • Server Logs (in your Logs tab)

If you do not meet all of the conditions above, we will not be able to label the issue as a plugin bug.
